Can I exchange foreign currency also at Orient Exchange Co. (L.L.C.)?

Do you accept flydubai payments?

Yes, we accept flydubai payments for tickets booked online by the customer, but we do not book the tickets on behalf of the customer.

When will my beneficiary receive money if I remit by wire transfer through Orient Exchange Co.(L.LC.)?

We enjoy excellent relationship and drawing arrangement with Banks and financial institutions around the world and with a state of art processing unit to transmit customer payments efficiently and effectively through Swift network or technology driven modes. For account to account transfer it would take 24 to 72 hours in countries where your Beneficiaries Bank is a member of the well established automated payment system. In other cases, it may take 2 to 5 working days.

Why do your branches insist for original ID Cards for executing my transactions?

The Central Bank of the UAE, who supervise our working, and as per our KYC norms we require to obtain ID cards from all customers when the value of the outward transaction is above AED 2,000 and for inward when the value of transaction is AED 40,000 and above.
